Chris worked as a qualitative Project Manager for one of the leading Swiss market research companies from 2009 to 2019 (the last two years as Managing Director) and founded in 2019 his own company Christophe Belser Consulting. He gained extensive experience in numerous industries such as FMCG, Finance & Insurance, Healthcare, Media, Telecommunication, Tobacco, Politics, Transportation or Automotive. Select clients include PMI, JTI, McDonald’s, Swiss Life, AXA, UBS, SBB, Swisscom, Nespresso, Bayer, Pfizer, among others. Due to his bilingualism – (Swiss)German and French – he has carried out hundreds of national and international, multi-lingual projects and thus acquired a unique expertise in cross-cultural particularities. Thanks to this professional experience and a master's degree in psychology, Chris learned how to get to the bottom of his clients’ questions by following his principles for successful consulting: Professional expertise & know-how, performance & efficiency, passion & curiosity as well as empathy. These principles guide him in all his projects: Whether Chris is talking to consumers, craftsmen, architects, oncologists or CEOs, he finds the appropriate words and tone to engage with all kinds of target groups at eye level and thus explore the most authentic perspectives of the respective target group.
