"Narratives shape our thinking. Our thinking shapes the world." This is the guiding principle of Another Narrative, a communications studio with offices in Geneva and Zürich. Its focus is narrative strategy for organisations with an impact mandate, such as NGOs, UN agencies and international institutions. The team develops strategies for positioning and narrative, produces content ranging from campaigns and copy to visual storytelling, and runs internal narrative workshops. This is complemented by brand identity and rebranding, digital campaigns and evaluation. The thematic focus is on global issues, international politics and sustainability. Clients include the Council of Europe, the UN Environment Programme UNEP, the Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator GESDA, Wasser für Wasser and The Beyond Lab. The studio is led by Lara Twerenbold, with a background in international relations, and Yannic Bucher, from photography and development, supported by a distributed network of designers, filmmakers and writers.
