Led by Adrienne Pearson, the Zürich-based studio Appear has been shaping brand identities and communication since 2008. The focus is on communication design and brand strategy, complemented by wayfinding and signage systems, backed by two CAS qualifications. The service range covers corporate identity, print, book design, web design, infographics, signage and app interfaces. Rather than a fixed team, Appear works with a network of freelance specialists. The client list spans industries such as healthcare, real estate, pharma, finance, education, public sector and media. Named clients include the Credit Suisse Art Collection, ETH Zürich, Geistlich Pharma, Landis & Gyr, NZZ and the UWC Swiss Association. Work has been recognised by ReBrand, DDC Gute Gestaltung and D&AD. Pearson has also served as a jury member for Best of Swiss Web and is a member of Swiss Graphic Designers.
