Theatre and opera posters define the work of Stephan Bundi and his studio in the Bern region. For venues such as Theater Orchester Biel Solothurn and Sommeroper Selzach, he has created extensive poster series for productions ranging from Rigoletto to Carmen, Tartuffe and Macbeth. The focus lies on poster design, visual communication, typography and art direction. This is complemented by logos and corporate designs, for instance for Architekturforum Bern and other cultural institutions. Book and concert advertising also form part of the repertoire. The studio works predominantly for cultural clients. Bundi's posters have received numerous international awards, including Platinum and Gold in the Graphis Poster Annual, Red Dot Awards and Swiss poster prizes. He has also featured at poster biennials in Warsaw, Mexico, China and Korea, and has served on juries for renowned design competitions. The focus remains clear: illustration and poster as an independent design discipline.
