Tailored relationships with brands and institutions form the guiding principle, with particular attention paid to players in the Swiss market and to digital innovation. Michel Horwath founded the company in 2007, specialising in media marketing and communications. Marianne Bechtel-Croze, a lawyer, brings her expertise in copywriting and negotiation. Gabriel Davalle, who joined in 2017 as a community manager, has led the company since 2020.
