DEFI-PMEMarketing expert in Cortaillod

A commercial, marketing and administrative partner for SMEs in French-speaking Switzerland, DEFI-PME covers a wide geographic area, from Valais to Vaud, Geneva, Fribourg, Neuchâtel and Jura. Founded and led by Fabrice Käppeli, an entrepreneur trained in Geneva and a former army officer, the company operates on annual packages with no initial commitment, offering on-site visits and long-term support. The offering is organised around several complementary brands: PME-KMU for consulting, ZERO ADMIN for administrative and accounting management, AVIS CONSO for web presence and advertising, and PME.Crédit for client financing solutions. Digital strategy development, online presence management and financial support come together in a model designed to relieve small businesses of tasks they struggle to handle in-house.
