An approved Zoho partner since 2017, the company was founded by Laurent Cuénoud, who brings thirty years of IT experience, and relies on a team of around fifteen engineers. Services range from IA audit and strategy to the deployment of intelligent agents, alongside ERP and CRM implementation for platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, bespoke AI applications, sales automation, e-commerce and document management. Three internal R&D environments allow solutions to be tested before going live with clients. Documented projects include Arcus Legal, the FRC, OLF, Terre des hommes and Econox, including for example the migration and cleansing of 100,000 contacts. European hosting and GDPR/nLPD compliance round out the offering.
