From Swiss craftsmanship to international crisis zones, Remo Nägeli's photographic work spans a wide range. His focus is on reportage, complemented by portrait and landscape photography. In Switzerland, he documents trades and traditions, from blacksmiths to veterinarians, farmers and dental practices. Internationally, he covers humanitarian and development-related projects: documenting the earthquake in Nepal, Syrian refugees, eye care programmes in Ghana, and initiatives around water supply. His photographs have been taken in Nepal, Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Ghana and Malawi, among other places. The portfolio comprises over twenty documented reportage series at home and abroad.
